Ordering and payment method information TOP Thank you for visiting Oh Simple Baby! We have a simple shopping cart that allows you to add products to our virtual cart and "Checkout" when you have completed shopping.
Upon checkout you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping address and information, and then you will be prompted to select a payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, money order, Email Money Transfer (EMT) and personal cheques.
If you pay by credit card, your order will be processed promptly, for all other orders you will be contacted via email for further instructions.

How long will my order take to arrive? TOP In order to provide high quality products, many of the items we carry are shipped from the manufacturer to save on additional shipping, this is one way for us to lessen our carbon footprint. Because we do this, the shipping times vary for items.
Naturepedic mattresses generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive, usually on the 3 week mark but sometimes sooner or after depending on the time of year. HaPe takes 3-4 weeks to arrive as these items ship bi-weekly from the manufacturer.
Please note, Naturepedic & HaPe orders are shipped from the US, but you will NOT be charged any tax or brokerage fees. If this does occur please notify us immediately!

How will I be notified that my shipment is on its way? TOP For all small orders you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking information. For all other orders you will receive an email from Oh Simple Baby providing you with details on your order shipment as soon as it ships, typically 1-3 weeks.
We use FedEx, UPS and CanPar for other items.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Due to recent issues that have arisen from shipping to the US, Oh Simple Baby has removed the option to ship to the United States. It is extremely difficult to track a parcel that has left Canada due to customs wait times. In order to maintain our highest customer service quality, we have decided to discontinue shipping to the US & Internationally.
Please email sales@ohsimplebaby.com for further information and pricing on international shipping. Where are you located? TOP Oh Simple Baby is located 1 hour east of Toronto, Ontario in Peterborough. Some items are actually available for pick up in Toronto. Please contact us for details.

It is a top priority at Oh Simple Baby to not only be available to our clients, but to also be able to answer any questions you may have. Our inventory is made up of products we believe in, products that we would or do use for our own children.

Is there a way to avoid the $8.00 shipping charge for pacifiers? TOP YES! Absolutely. We are happy to ship up to 3 pacifiers to you for only $1.00 via regular mail. This means that your package will most likely take longer than Expedited and there is no insurance, however we have had success in the past with this method.
If you are comfortable with your package taking a bit longer and not being able to be tracked via a tracking number, than please place your order online for your pacifier/s and simply note upon checkout that you would like to choose a regular mail option for $1.00. We will then edit your invoice and resend.
What is the shipping charge if I purchase a mattress & other products together? TOP All crib mattresses have free shipping and if you only order a mattress you will be charged nothing for shipping.
If you purchase a crib mattress along with other Naturepedic items you will not be charged anything additional as they all ship together.
If you order a crib mattress along with any other items, an $8 shipping charge will be applied to your order and your invoice will be resent.
How do I know if a Naturepedic mattress will fit my crib? TOP Naturepedic Organic crib mattresses are all standard crib mattress size, and therefore should fit any crib, unless the crib is noted as not being standard size (aka mini crib.)
A question we are frequently asked is if the mattresses fit an IKEA crib, the answer is yes. If you are concerned in any way about the mattress fitting your crib, we suggest going with a "Classic" style as opposed to a seamless. The mattresses dimensions are always within a quarter of an inch of the listed dimensions, only on one occasion have we had to do an exchange for a better fit.

What happens if I wish to return a mattress? TOP
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, wherein you will be refunded the full amount of your order. Each order is a case by case basis, but this is the general policy.
You will however be responsible for shipping charges incurred to send the product back, which are approx $100 for a crib mattress to $150-$250 for a twin or full sized mattress.
